ALOER Consultants attaches the utmost importance and care to the protection of privacy and personal data (hereinafter DCP) and to compliance with the relevant legal provisions.
ALOER undertakes, within the framework of its activities and in accordance with the legislation in force in France (Law No. 78–017 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms (known as the Loi Informatique et Libertés) and in Europe (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. It is the entity that determines the means and purposes and thus acts as Data Controller within the meaning of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
The Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) covers processing carried out in the context of :
- Management of the aloer.fr website and requests sent via the online forms on this website
- Recruiting future ALOER Consultants employees
- Managing ALOER Consultants’ customers, service providers and partners
- Managing training courses organized by ALOER Consultants

Generalities applicable to all treatments
Each form on the site limits the collection of personal data to that which is strictly necessary and indicates the purpose(s) for which the data is collected and the recipient(s) of the data.
The information required to process your request is indicated by an asterisk on each form. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, ALOER Consultants will not be able to respond to your requests and/or provide you with the requested services. Other information is optional and enables us to better manage your request and improve our communications and services to you.
Sharing data with third parties and transferring your data outside the European Union
We never share your personal data with other companies for commercial prospecting purposes.
Each section dedicated to a processing operation details the internal Recipients who may access and process the data concerned. Data may be transmitted to technical service providers chosen for their expertise and reliability, who act on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions (IT subcontractor, server host, etc.).
We authorize these service providers to use your personal data only to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements, and we strive to ensure that your personal data is protected at all times.
ALOER Consultants may also disclose your data to third parties where such disclosure is required by law, regulation or court order, or where such disclosure is necessary to protect and defend our rights.

Data security
ALOER Consultants is committed to protecting your personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure. To this end, ALOER Consultants implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, with regard to the nature of the data and the risks involved in processing it, to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
These measures may include practices such as limited access to data by personnel authorized to access it by virtue of their functions, contractual guarantees in the event of recourse to an external service provider, privacy impact assessments, regular reviews of our privacy practices and policies and/or physical and/or logical security measures (secure access, authentication procedures, back-up copies, antivirus software, firewalls, etc.).
Data concerning minors
ALOER Consultants services and events are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to minors. In the event that we become aware of the collection of personal data from minors without the prior authorization of the legal guardian or parental authority, we will take appropriate measures to delete such personal data from our servers.
Processing by ALOER Consultants
Management of the ALOER Consultants website and requests sent via online forms
When you browse the ALOER Consultants website, you may be asked to :
- Fill in a recruitment response form ;
- Fill in a contact/information request for a service ;
- Download documents (white papers, training programs, etc.).
Within the framework of this activity, and on the basis of your Consent which you express when you fill in the form, ALOER Consultants processes and stores the following personal data concerning you:
- to respond to your contact request: the information provided on the form, i.e. your identity, your contact details and, if applicable, the content of the message, as well as any information communicated subsequently during our exchanges. These data are processed by the department concerned by your request for the time necessary to reply.
Depending on your request and the content of our exchanges, data collected in this way may be used for other purposes, such as the management of a request for commercial or training proposals; such processing is then subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
We also inform you that we compile anonymous statistics on visits to the ALOER Consultants website, which do not allow us to identify you.
Processing for the purpose of promoting Aloer Consultants’ services and events
ALOER Consultants collects and uses the identification data and professional contact information of prospects and customers, including public data available on the Internet, for the purpose of promoting ALOER Consultants’ services and events.
This Processing is based on ALOER Consultants’ legitimate interest in promoting its activities to professional profiles likely to be interested in ALOER Consultants’ services.
Data is processed and stored for this purpose by the ALOER Consultants sales department, subject to a request to unsubscribe:
- for prospects: for 5 years from the last contact;
- for customers: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for 5 years from the end of the commercial relationship.
In the event of indirect collection of your data for marketing communication purposes, in particular public data on the Internet, ALOER Consultants will inform you at the time of the first communication, and in any event within one month of the collection of the data, of the intended use and of your right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
Processing(s) carried out to manage prospects, customers, service providers and partners
ALOER Consultants may also process personal data about you when :
- make a request for consulting or training services, using the online form on the site or directly by telephone to the sales department;
- your company enters into a contract with ALOER Consultants as a customer, service provider or partner.
In this context, ALOER Consultants will collect information relating to :
- to the contact(s) indicated at ALOER Consultants, such as the contact indicated on the form, the main contact for the contract, the billing contact and any other contact person: surname, first name, professional e‑mail address, professional telephone number, position, and all information contained in the exchanges (nature of the request, etc.);
- contract signatory(ies): surname, first name, position, signature.
This data is intended, where necessary, for employees responsible for monitoring the commercial relationship and/or partnership, for accounting/billing and for employees in the departments involved in the request/contract.
They are collected and stored :
- for requests for quotations that do not lead to the conclusion of a contract: the time required to study and follow up the request + five (5) years after the request was closed (or the last contact, if applicable);
- to meet our legitimate interest in protecting and defending our rights in the event of litigation, for ten (10) years following the end of the contractual relationship.

Processing for recruitment purposes
ALOER Consultants may process personal data about you when you submit an unsolicited application or when you apply to an advertisement posted by ALOER Consultants (via third-party sites relaying ALOER Consultants’ recruitment advertisements).
In this context, personal data concerning you is collected:
- directly with you during the recruitment process;
- indirectly with third parties to check your diplomas and references, with your consent.
We collect the following data: surname, first name, e‑mail address, telephone number, professional experience, and any other information you provide when sending us your application and/or curriculum vitae and/or interviews: photo, skills, level of education, languages spoken, salary expectations, home address, hobbies, family situation, etc. We will use this information to contact you as soon as possible.
If you provide us with the contact details of a reference, it is your responsibility to ensure that the reference has been informed and has given you their consent.
This data is collected and stored solely for the purpose of managing your application, on the basis of the legitimate interests of ALOER Consultants and/or your consent, and is not used for any other purpose, including commercial purposes.
They are kept :
- in the event of a positive outcome to an application: data relating to an employee is kept for the duration of his/her presence at ALOER Consultants and after his/her departure for the applicable legal retention period;
- in the event of a negative outcome to an application: one (1) year, unless you object.
In all cases, your personal data will be deleted at your request within a maximum of one (1) month from the date of your request.
This data is processed by the employees in charge of recruitment at ALOER Consultants only and, incidentally, for technical and logistical reasons, by ALOER Consultants’ subcontractors.
Processing for training management purposes
ALOER Consultants is required to process personal data concerning you when you register for a training course organized by ALOER Consultants, via the online registration form or by telephone with the training department.
In this context, ALOER Consultants will collect information relating to :
- trainees: surname, first name, email and postal addresses, telephone number, level of knowledge regarding personal data;
- company representatives (training and finance departments): surname, first name, title, email and postal addresses, telephone number.
This data is collected and processed by the ALOER Consultants training department with a view to registering trainees for training courses corresponding to their level of knowledge, sending them training materials and invoicing training services.
It is kept for the duration of the training contract and, in order to meet our legitimate interest in protecting and defending our rights in the event of litigation, for five (5) years following the end of the contractual relationship.
It is also used by the sales department to communicate about ALOER Consultants’ services and events, in accordance with the conditions set out in the section entitled “Processing(s) carried out for the purpose of promoting ALOER Consultants’ services and events”.
Exercising your rights and contacting our Data Protection Officer
In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, as well as the right to request its deletion (the right to be forgotten), the right to object to its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as this is applicable, subject to any compelling legitimate reasons that Aloer Consultants may have for keeping your data.
With regard to personal data relating to your application, we invite you to keep your information up to date by notifying ALOER Consultants .
In addition, you can, at any time and without justification, ask to no longer receive our information communications and, more generally, communications relating to our services, news and events by using the hypertext link provided for this purpose in each email we send you.
When you exercise your rights, our data protection officer processes your personal data for the purpose of managing your request (title, surname, first name, nature of request, response). This data is kept for a period of three (3) years.
